Seepstop 2PK is a high performance, protective, two component acrylic polymer reinforced cement based elastomeric waterproof coating for concrete and masonry surfaces. The pack consists of a liquid part and a powder part that are mixed and applied by brush. This coating protects reinforced structures from atmospheric acids, gases, chloride ions, oxygen, water soluble corrosive salts, etc. Due to its excellent flexibility and filling properties, it can seal shrinkage cracks very well. It shows excellent outdoor weathering resistance due to its acrylic chemistry.
Used in coating of internal walls of water tanks, reservoirs, sumps, bathrooms, toilets, pits, terraces, swimming pools, balconies, bridge decks, submerged tunnels, drainage culverts, sewage treatment plants, masonry walls, etc. It works better on both old and new structures, interior/exterior surfaces and horizontal/vertical structures.
Surface Preparation
For better adhesion, the substrate must be sound, clean and free from oils, plasters, grease, surface water, paint, corrosion or any surface contaminants. Mechanical abrasion should be carried out with needle gun or grit blasting that helps to roughen the smooth area and to take out dust or loose particles. Surface should be free from any excess water. Any damaged area should be repaired with mortar before application of Seepstop 2PK.
Mixing
Ratio 1 : 3 (Seepstop 2PK Liquid : Seepstop 2PK Powder)* Transfer the Seepstop 2PK liquid part completely in to a clean plastic or steel container and add the Seepstop 2PK powder part to the liquid slowly. Start mixing with a slow speed pneumatic stirrer (300 to 350 rpm) and add powder gradually under stirring. Continue mixing for additional 2 to 3 min to avoid lump formation. Mix smaller quantity so that mixed slurry can be applied within the pot-life period. Keep the slurry under mixing during application. Do not add additional water.
Application
On hot substrates, i.e. over 40°C surface temperature, a primer coat should be applied. Prime only areas that can be coated with Seepstop 2PK before the primer dries. The mix should not be applied at temperature below 10°C.
Seepstop 2PK can be applied by a brush or spray coating by appropriate spray equipment. For better performance, a minimum of 1mm coating thickness is required. This is achieved by two coats. After complete drying, any subsequent coating goes well on this surface.
For areas which experience heavy hydrostatic pressure apply min 2 mm thickness coating with screed above.
All tools and equipment should be washed with fresh water to remove left out slurry completely. Any dried slurry can be removed mechanically. Contact Clov’s Technical support team for more information in the below provided address.
Health and Safety
Contact with the skin and eyes, and dust inhalation should be avoided. Must not be swallowed or inhaled. Wear suitable protective gear, gloves, eye or face protection and dust mask. In case of contact with skin, it should be washed with clean and clear water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice immediately.

SeepStop 2PK is non-inflammable.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of SeepStop 2PK is 12 months provided it is kept unopened in dry condition at temperatures less than 300C.
CloShield WP is a single component acrylic polymer. It is elastomeric and high-build and can be easily applied using a roller or coated using a brush in different colors for multi layer application. A three coat application is preferred for better performance. The product is best suited for Water proofing solutions for exterior surfaces.
CloShield WP is suitable for Waterproofing application for both new and old rooftops. To achieve right thickness, at least three layers of coating is recommended. The coatings need to be in difference of time which helps in monitoring thickness buildup. The product can be directly applied on existing screed concrete, brickbat coba and concrete surfaces. The application can be carried out without preparing substrates to a sound condition. This provides the advantage of preventing the risk of damages associated while expelling the existing overlays. The coating can withstand light pedestrian movement and is resistant to exterior weather. The waterproofing solution provides a tough, seamless, consistent and durable coating. The coating is fast setting and has to be protected from dust settlement. Foot traffic and water flow affects the work quality and the rate of setting.
The application surface needs to be free of dust, oil, grease, algae, laitance, wax or any foreign matter. The presence of such material will affect the work quality and concrete adhesion on both new and existing surfaces. Remove foreign materials in case of application in deeply damped regions to achieve sound adhesion.
Stir the contents of CloShield WP thoroughly for at least 2 minutes slowly using a drill machine attached with a mixing paddle. Continue stirring during coating and do not re-tamper with water.
The concrete surface has to be even to obtain better results. To obtain the best of waterproofing properties, it is important to understand the rates of application. Apply the material like a paint using a short and stiff brush of 120 – 150 mm width.
If the substrate temperature is below 10ºC, avoid carrying out the application process. Apply CloShield WP in three coats at dry thickness of approximately 1mm. Make sure to apply consecutive coats as soon as the previous coat reaches dry state. In case the previous coat dries out before application of screed, sprinkle coarse sand on the final wet surface to ensure better adhesion.
The equipment and tools should be removed immediately after use. If the material hardens, it has to be removed mechanically.
