Job description
Objectives
To ensure business performance of the allocated sales circle by developing 2 layer sales channel and carrying out demand generation activities and demonstrating commercial excellence of Clov.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To maintain and develop retailer relationship of the territory assigned and create sales as per the assigned targets.
- To ensure continuous revenue generation from current retailers and also create new dealers /retailers based on the upcoming opportunities.
- To identify and develop applicators/masons for CLOV products in the assigned territory.
- Identify and convert key customers like Architects, builders, contractors, consultants etc. to use/recommend CLOV products.
- Identify, educate and convert key customers like Non- Hardware like Cement and Steel dealers, Tile Shops and Granite Suppliers etc. to use/recommend CLOV products.
- Coordinate with dealers, customers and the organization to ensure that the products are delivered accurately and on-time to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop knowledge of all Clov Products and also the competitor products to analyze and train dealers, customers and applicators in a timely manner.
- Implement effectively all the market development initiatives to capture additional sales and capture higher market share.
- Responsible for all collection of payments as per the commercial policy of CLOV.
- Communicate effectively with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments.
- Monitor dealer stocking levels and market credit to ensure CLOV receives timely collections.
- Responsible for communicating all activities on a regular basis to his/her manager and HO.
- Develop and implement a personal and professional development plan.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Develop excellent rapport and have good communication skills to talk with architects, interior designers, contractors and engineers in the assigned area.
- Excellent working knowledge of the mentioned geography.
- Knowledge of the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Analytical & communication skills.
- Strong aggressive personality.
