CloCure WB
CloCure WB is a white, acrylic polymer based, single component, non-degrading, white curing compound. It is also suitable to be used as a sealer and dust proofer for floors and walls.
CloCure WB is UV resistant, and displays high resistance to abrasion and a wide range of chemicals.

CloCure AR
CloCure AR concrete curing compound is a polymer based continuous film forming curing compound and is supplied in different pigmented grades.
Blue : As clear grade with blue fugitive dye
Clear : Straw liquid cured to a clear film
Specific Gravity : 0.82 - 0.85
When first applied to a fresh cement surface, the compound forms a continuous and non-penetrating coating. The coating dries to produce a continuous film that provides a barrier to loss of moisture assisting more efficient cement surface hydration, increased durability and reduced shrinkage.
Uses
CloCure AR is used as a spray applied membrane to retain moisture content in concrete for efficient curing. Suited for all concrete applications and of peculiar benefit for larger area concrete surfaces, namely roads, airport runways, and bridgework.

Mouldrel OL
Mouldrel OL is a formula of specialty blended Chemicals and mineral oils having release properties that is far-more superior to any other mould release oil.
The special mix of premium chemicals react with alkali in the concrete forms a thin layer of water repellent on the mould’s surface and helps in releasing the mould easily from concrete thereby acting as a protective shield to the wooden and steel formwork.
It is a liquid which is delivered as pale straw colored and is ready to be directly applied on the mould. It suits the steam cured concrete surface of the formwork and performs equally on metal or wood moulds and shutters. It is also effective on resin based coatings. Concrete remains unstained upon application but can also be used safely with white cement.
Liquid allows air to escape from the mould or shutter face and also prevents cement paste from adhesion to the mould or shutter face at the time of pouring of concrete with vibration.

Mouldrel WT
Mouldrel WT is an emulsified blend of mineral oils and non-hazardous chemicals, specially designed to produce release properties that are superior to those of a traditional mould oil.
Mouldrel WT is supplied as a sprayable white liquid, ready for direct onsite application. The chemically reactive components in the product provides a water repelling interface that protects form work and ensures a uniform colour and texture of the concrete cast.
Along preventing adhesion of the cement matrix to the form work, Mouldrel WT allows air to escape from the interface during concrete placing and vibration. This release of air minimizes surface vanishes and results in a substantial reduction in the costs.

CloCleanse
CloCleanse is blue colored single component highly concentrated liquid. The product dissolves with water easily for different application and uses.
Uses
The product helps us in cleaning of clogged cement mortar, plaster left over and any greasy stains from tiles, concrete surfaces and brickwork. This can also be used for concrete itching for surface coatings.

Works effectively on all stained surfaces like tiles, granite, concrete and mosaic stones. Safe to use on CP fittings, mirrors, woods, plastic and glass. Non corrosive product. Cuts through oil and grease.
Application Instructions
CloCleanse one of the fast moving cleaning agent for post construction works. CLoCleanse shall always be used with proper PPEs including rubber gloves, goggles and safety shoes. Proper care shall be taken at all points during usage of this product. Clocleanse can be used directly or diluted to 1:1 to 1:4 based on the severity of the cleaning required at site. Clocleanse shall be charged to the water in a plastic bucket and mixed thoroughly to form a uniform mixture and shall be used with sponge or wire brush to the treatment area. After effective brushing and cleaning, clean water shall be used remove the dirt collected due to brushing. CloCleanse can also be used on RMC trucks, Wheel Barrows, Concrete tools etc. for cleaning.
Relevant tools shall be used during the process to speed up the cleaning. The process shall be repeated if required based on the site conditions.

StorageThe product shall be stored in cool dry place in original sealed containers and it is non-inflammable.
Precautions
Health & Safety
CloCleanse is acid based product which is highly reactive on Aluminum and Zinc. Proper PPE shall be worn at all times whilst using this project. If any exposure to the skin shall be washed immediately with clean water and seek medical advice.

CloCool HR
CloCool HR is a single component acrylic polymer modified Heat Resistant emulsion. It comprises of engineered liquid to attain very high SRI value when applied to the surfaces and being waterproof as well. Application Instructions
The application surface needs to be free of dust, oil, grease, algae, laitance, wax or any foreign matter. The presence of such material will affect the work quality and adhesion on both new and existing surfaces. Remove foreign materials in case of application in deeply damped regions to achieve sound adhesion.
Mixing
Stir the contents of CloCool HR thoroughly for at least 2 minutes slowly using a drill machine attached with a mixing paddle. Do not re-tamper with water.
Application
Clocool HR can be sprayed or brushed or rolled based on the sub-strata which is ready to take the applications. For Spray- Use Air Compressed Spray Machine with nozzle pressure at 15 MPa, Nozzle sized at 0.43-0.79 mm angled at 40° - 80°.
If it is found difficult to spray, CloCool HR can be brushed or rolled on the treatment surface using 120mm to 150 mm wide paint brush or roller based on the site conditions. Care must be taken to apply enough material to achieve the required dry film thickness on the surface.
If the substrate temperature is below 10ºC, avoid carrying out the application process. Make sure to apply consecutive coats as soon as the previous coat reaches dry state.
Cleaning
The equipment and tools should be removed immediately after use. If the material hardens, it has to be removed mechanically.

Precautions Do not apply coating during rain. Ensure that the surface is in saturated dry state before application. Kindly note that CloCool HR is designed only for foot traffic not vehicular or equipment movement.

Health and Safety Instruction
CloCool HR is non-toxic and is alkaline in nature. Wearing gloves and goggles is prescribed. Splashes to the skin or eyes should be washed off with clean water immediately. In case of prolonged irritation, kindly seek medical advice. Mandatorily, use dust mask while handling the powder.
Fire
CloCool HR is non-inflammable.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of CloCool HR is 12 months provided that the pack is unopened.
