CloHard FH700 is supplied as a ready to use product in powder form. It contains abrasive aggregates which provide abrasion and wear resistant properties. It is easy to use and and is applied by dusting and leveled using a trowel. It produces dense, non-porous surface that removes issues such as shrinkage and cracking in floors. Since, the product is non-metallic, rust and disintegration is eliminated.
CloHard FH700 is suited for regions that experience heavy traffic in industrial areas namely machine shops, garages, workshops, loading bays, truck lanes, etc.
The concrete mix is formulated to minimize bleeding. And the application base must have a minimum cement quantity of 300kg per Cum. The base concrete should be applied and compacted with good practice. The surface should be free of laitance buildup, dust or any loose material that affect adhesion. CloHard FH700 is employed for different types of industrial use and the application rates are given here.
Begin the application of CloHard FH700 once the base concrete is hardened. Make sure to drain out or evaporate bleed water. Carry out the application in two stages.
i) Use 50% - 70% of the prepared material in first application. Uniformly spread CloHard FH700 onto the concrete surface. Once the coating becomes uniformly dark by moisture absorption, float the application using a wooden float. Employ power trowel with disc for larger areas.
ii) Sprinkle the remaining material evenly on the surface. Observe moisture absorption by surface and float again using a power trowel and repeated troweling will increase resistance to abrasion.
CloHard FH700 application timing is critical and important. Bleed or excess water will wash away cement content from surface if applied too early. If applied late, there will be less moisture in base concrete to absorb the material. Cracks will develop on surface if forcibly applied.
Curing
Curing of CloHard FH700 is necessary to ensure the physical properties of the floor.
Limitations
It is not advisable to broadcast CloHard FH700 on concrete in sub zero temperatures i.e cold storage floors. However, the surface can be exposed to lower temperatures after the material is set. Do not spread the material in excess of 3 - 4 kg/sq.m.
Packaging CloHard FH700:
25kg HDPE bag.

Contact with the skin and eyes, and dust inhalation should be avoided. Must not be swallowed or inhaled. Wear suitable Protective gear, gloves, eye or face protection and dust mask. In case of contact with skin, it should be washed with clean and clear water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice immediately.
Fire
CloHard FH700 is non-inflammable.
Shelf Life The shelf life of CloHard FH700 is 12 months provided it is kept unopened in dry condition.
CloLevel S55 in an Industrial Floor repair chemical supplied as a dry powder. It is a specially blended mix of cement, graded aggregates, polymers and additives that only requires onsite addition of water to produce a free fluid material. The product is designed to withstand application temperature of up to 40ºC and is a perfect fit to level uneven surfaces in concrete floors.
CloLevel S55 can be used in different industrial regions that experience heavy activity and an even surface is required namely,
The CloLevel S55 will hardens in a period of 10 hours and will be able to withstand foot traffic provided the temperature during application is in the range of 30ºC - 40ºC.
Surface preparation
CloLevel S55 cannot be used on freshly placed concrete and it should be at least 21 days old. The application surface should be free of dirt or any foreign particles that can affect adhesion. The surface should also be free of any grease or oil contamination. Use a chemical degreaser or a detergent to remove stains and clean with fresh water.
Priming
Carryout priming to prevent formation of pinholes and bubbles on the surface of CloLevel S55 coating. The surface has to be primed using 1 : 1 Water and CloBond EPX. Using a brush, coat the surface evenly before the application of CloLevel S55. Provide 2 coats in case of porous surfaces. Make sure the first coat is dried before application of second coat. Pre-soak the surface with hessian cloth hours before priming.
Mixing
Mix CloLevel S55 and Water in the ratio 1 : 4 using a heavy duty drill fitted with a mixing paddle. A high shear should be imparted to the mix. The chemical is used to obtain best results and can be achieved by slowly adding CloLevel S55 into the water in the container and mix steadily for a period of 5 minutes at high shear. Ensure the process is carried out continuously.
Packaging CloLevel S55 : 20kg Bag.
Coverage 11L per 20kg CloLevel S55 bag.
Health and Safety
Contact with the skin and eyes, and dust inhalation should be avoided. Must not be swallowed or inhaled. Wear suitable protective gear, gloves, eye or face protection and dust mask. In case of contact with skin, it should be washed with clean and clear water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice immediately.
Fire
CloLevel S55 is non-inflammable.
Shelf Life

CloRep DH175 is a ready to use powder that only requires onsite addition of water. It contains a blend of special additives and inorganic cement mixtures that can control and modify strength and setting time. The blend is designed to patch small surface areas. CloRep DH175 also removes shrinkage and reduces stress. Use a bonding agent CloBond EPX to ensure long lasting adherence.
CloRep DH175 is employed in repairing pavements and concrete surfaces where a faster setting is required. This is mainly used where traffic has to be kept in movement with less down time.
CloRep DH175 is used in airport maintenance, industrial maintenance and transport maintenance regions. They can also be used to cover pot holes that cause inconvenience to vehicle and foot traffic.
Surface Preparation
The application surface should be free of dust, laitance, oil, grease, corrosion residue, paint and other foreign material that can affect the adhesion. Remove oil, wax or grease stains using chemical degreaser or detergent. Remove laitance using high pressure water blasting. Roughen the smooth surface using a needle gun or a scrubber to form a sound key. For preparing pot hole, cut the edges using saw and avoid forming feather edges. Blow the prepared pot hole surface with oil free compressed air.
Priming
Ensure the entire surface is primed before repair. Soak the substrate with water prior to priming and drain off excess water by oil free compressed air. Prime the concrete using CloBond EPX. Scrub the concrete surface with the bonding agent. And make sure to apply CloRep DH175 is applied soon after mixing.
Mixing
Use a slow speed drill fitted with mixing paddle to mix water and CloRep DH175. Ensure both are mixed in the ratio 10 : 1. Mix the CloRep DH175 with water in a clean container in the prescribed ratio. Ensure mixing for 3 minutes to achieve lump free consistency. Make sure there is no delay in material placement to avoid work life of the blend is reduced. Usual recommendation is to mix one bag at a time to place the material within its work life.
Application
The prepared material should be uniformly coated on the primed surface. And, achieve full compaction by using a wooden float. Ensure the surface is even and provide finish using a trowel.
Curing
Curing of CloRep DH175 is required along with good concrete finish. Avoid excess waterflow on surface and rainfall. Cleaning The mixed content should be removed immediately from equipment and tools with water. Cured material can be removed manually.
