CloGrout GP is a ready to use grouting agent which produces a non-shrink and free flowing grout on mixing with water onsite. Thickness of up to 100mm can be obtained through CloGrout GP60. The product consists of cement, chemical additives and graded fillers. It requires less water and ensures early strength gain. The graded fillers produce a consistent grout paste for application.
GloGrout GP 60 is used at locations at with minimal space in between the base plates. Surface or regions that need to withstand both static and dynamic loads requires high precision grouting. Generally employed for industrial grouting of air compressors, industrial machines, boiler feed pumps and turbine base plates; it is also used in masts, steel anchor bolts, fence posts and various ranges of fixings.
Foundation Surface
The application surface has to be free of oil, wax or grease contamination. It should also be free of any dirt or loose particles. Cut the surface to a solid base if it is defective. Make sure the bolt holes and pockets are free of any dirt or construction debris.
Pre-Soaking
Saturate the application surface with clean and clear water at least hours before application of CloGrout GP60. Drain off any excess water before grouting and make sure to air blow bolt holes and pockets before application.
Base plate
Make sure that the base plate is clean and free from grease, oil, or scales. Allow for venting of isolated spots through pressure relief holes.
Levelling shims
Treat the surface with thin layer of grease after the shims are removed after grouting.
Formwork Design the form work to be leak proof. Use a rubber strip or a foam sealant between the joints and under the form work. Ensure provision for exits in form work after pre-soaking.
Mixing
Use a mechanical grout mixer for better results. In case of quantities up to 50kg, use a slow speed drill fitted with suitable paddle for mixing. Heavy duty mixer is required for larger volumes. Ensure adequate labor to carry out uninterrupted work flow.
Grout Consistency
The consistency of grout depends on the required characteristictics and proportionate water quantity recommended for 25kg of CloGrout GP60. Add 4.5L of water to flowable mixture and 4.125L of water for pourable mixture.
Accurately use the recommended quantity of water. Thoroughly mix the content of CloGrout GP60 with water for 5 minute till a smooth and even consistency is obtained.
Placing
The mixed grout has to be placed with 20 minutes to achieve full benefit. It can be placed at thickness up to 100mm in single pour. For thicker grouts, use graded 10mm aggregates to reduce building up of heat. Continuous grout flow is necessary.
Curing
Curing has to be carried out with clean water using a curing membrane or hessian cloth. Prevent excess water and rainfall.
Low Temperature Working
Placement of CloGrout GP60 at low temperature of 10ºC will increase the setting time. So, use warm water to enhance early strength development.
High Temperature Working
Use cool water for grout preparation when the temperature is above 40ºC.

Clomix 101 is a gaseous, expansive and plasticizing powder admixture additive for cementitious grout systems. It is employed where reduced water/cement ratio is required. It provides high flowability and pumpabability for pressure grout mix.
CloMix 101 is used in various applications namely
Surface preparation
All areas to be grouted must be clean and free from oil, grease contamination. Remove loose materials and dirt by oil free compressed air. All concrete surfaces that come in contact with the grout must be thoroughly saturated with clean water for a minimum of 6 - 12 hours before placement of grout. Remove all excess water from the packets and voids before grouting.
Mixing
Employ a mechanical grout mixer for better results. In case of less quantity of up to 50kg, use a slow drill fitted with a mixing paddle. For bigger quantities, use a high volume drum mixer. Make sure the mixing capacity of the machine and labor are in sufficient to ensure continuous grouting operation. Measure the recommended quantity of water before using in the mixer. Ensure a uniform and consistent liquid is achieved.
Application
The surface to be grouted should be clean and free of dirt. It should be pre-wetted and the surface area should be kept to minimum. Place the grout within 20 minutes of mixing to achieve best results of expansion process. Adopt usual pumping or placing procedures and ensure a continuous operation for better grouting.
Curing
The application area should be cured with water or curing membrane or hessian cloth after the grouting operation performed using CloMix 101.
Proposed Mix
Note: For grout, mortar or concrete mixes with an aggregate/cement ratio more than 1, 4 x 225g units of Clomix 101 per 100 kg of cement must be used.
Packaging
CloMix 101: 225g packets and a carton of 25 packets of 225g each.
Dosage
225g per 50kg of OPC Cement.
Effects of Overdose
Drastic overdosing increases expansion and causes frothing.
Cleaning
All tools and equipments should be washed immediately with fresh water to remove left out slurry completely. And dried slurry can be removed mechanically.
