Cem Disper MP is a high performance superplasticzer admixture based on modified polycarboxylic ether. This is developed to enhance water retention in the concrete. This product serves pretty well for Ready Mix Plants who opts to transit long distances or for projects which need longer dumping time. This product solves the problem in avoiding to add more more water to maintain the water retention in the concrete. It is chloride free & low in alkali. It is compatible with all types of cements.
Cemdisper MP is used to
Dosage
The optimum dosage is best determined by onsite trials with the concrete mix which enables the effects of workability, strength gain or cement reduction to be measured. Site trials with Cemdisper MP should always be compared with mix containing no admixture. As a guide, the rate of addition is generally in the range of 0.5 - 2L/100kg cement.
Over dosing
An overdose of double the recommended amount of Cemdisper MP, will result in very high workability and some retardation of setting time will occur. However, the ultimate compressive strength will not be achieved.
Setting Time
Although, the setting time is dependant on the dosage of Cemdisper MP, the following factors should be considered at the time of preparing concrete.
Cemdisper MP: 20kg and 240kg drums.
All tools and equipment should be washed immediately with fresh water to remove left out slurry completely. And dried slurry can be removed mechanically.

Compatibility: Can be used with all types of cements except high alumina cement.
Cemdisper MP is compatible with other types of Clov’s admixtures when added separately to the mix. Site trials should be carried out to optimize dosages. Workability: Can be used to produce flowing concrete that requires no compaction.
Some minor adjustments may be required to produce high workable mix without segregation.
Cohesion: Cohesion is improved due to dispersion of cement particles thus minimizing segregation and improving surface finish. Compressive strength: Early strength is increased up to 20% if water reduction is taken advantage of.
Generally, there is improvement in strength up to 20% depending upon W/C ratio and other mix parameters.
Durability: Reduction in W/C ratio enables increase in density and impermeability, thus enhancing durability of concrete.
Health and Safety
Contact with the skin and eyes should be avoided. Must not be swallowed or inhaled. Wear suitable protective gear, gloves, eye or face protection and dust mask. In case of contact with skin, it should be washed with clean and clear water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice immediately.

Cemdisper CB210 is formulated exclusively to produce economical cement products to capture bigger market share without compromising on the quality and strength of your product. Cemdisper CB210 makes your cement product eco friendly and also cost reduction for optimum performance. It is supplied as a pale yellow liquid chemical.
Cemdisper CB210 is used to achieve relatively high early strength to increase productivity and product quality. It significantly reduces the input costs by reducing the demand for cement without loss of strength and further increasing the strength. It is employed with concrete blocks, paver blocks, kerbs, pre-cast units and so on.
Dosage
The normal dosage is 0.4L for 100 Kg of cement material. The optimum dosage of Cemdisper CB210 to meet specific requirements should always determined by trails, using the actual materials and conditions that will be experienced in use.
Dispensing
Add the measured quantity of the product ¬with water. Thoroughly stir water and Cemdisper CB210 before using. Use the product in wet mixes for optimum results.
Over dosing
Set retardation occurs if the dosage is double than the normal quantity.
Health and Safety Instruction
Cemdisper CB210 is non toxic. Any splashes or contact with the skin should be washed immediately with clean water. Splashes to the eyes should be washed immediately with clean and clear water and seek medical advise.
Fire
Cemdisper CB210 is non-inflammable.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of Cemdisper CB210 is 12 months provided that the pack is unopened and stored in dry condition and no subjection to extreme temperature.

CloRetarder is a high efficient set retarder manufactured with modified Phosphate based liquid admixture. This is developed to enhance the setting/curing time and increase the work time in the concrete. This product serves well for construction sites which need delayed setting time based on site conditions and high open work time. It is chloride free & low in alkali. It is compatible with all types of cements.
All measurements are taken at 20ºC and 50% relative humidity. Specifications vary according to site conditions and should be taken as a guide only.
An exclusive site test should be carried out for case by case situation to ensure suitability of the product.
Dosage
0.3% – 3.0% by weight of cement (150ml – 1500ml for 50 kg cement bag).
The time of retard shall be directly proportional to the dosage of the admixture. The dosage may vary based on the temperature at site and site conditions.
The dosage of the admixture may also vary by quality of cement, course aggregates and w/c.
The optimum dosage is best determined by onsite trials with the concrete mix which enables the effects of workability, strength gain or cement reduction to be measured. Site trials with CloRetarder should always be compared with mix containing no other admixture. As a guide, the rate of addition is generally based on the retardation required as per site.
Over dosing
An overdose the recommended amount of CloRetarder, will result in very high workability and high retardation of setting time. However, the ultimate compressive strength will not be affected.
Compatability
CloRetarder is readily compatible with all other admixtures and doesn’t effect reinforced steel in the concrete structures.
Packaging
CloRetarder: 20 Liters and 200 Liters drums.
Cleaning
All tools and equipment should be washed immediately with fresh water to remove left out slurry completely. And dried slurry can be removed mechanically.
